ITGen Canine Rotavirus Antigen Combo Rapid Test

Canine parvovirus is one of the most common pathogens causing acute gastroenteritis in canids, particularly prevalent in puppies with severe symptoms. Traditional diagnostic methods are often time-consuming and highly dependent on laboratory conditions. To address this challenge, the ITGen team has integrated immunochromatography technology with antigen-specific recognition mechanisms to develop this Combo Rapid Test, enabling on-site rapid detection of canine rotavirus antigens. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with other common intestinal virus antigens for simultaneous screening, significantly improving diagnostic efficiency. Additionally, the test strip uses a multiplex antibody sandwich method, ensuring good specificity and reproducibility while effectively avoiding cross-reactions that could lead to misdiagnosis. The entire testing process is completed within 10–15 minutes, significantly shortening the diagnostic cycle.
