ITGen’s rapid test strips for feline coronavirus antigen detection are based on the colloidal gold labeling principle, utilizing high-affinity antibodies combined with gold nanoparticles to ensure stable labeling and high sensitivity. Immunoassay technology enables rapid diffusion of the sample across the chromatographic membrane, where it specifically binds to the antibodies, allowing accurate results to be read within 15 minutes. The process is simple and does not require specialized equipment.
In terms of operation, only a small amount of fecal sample is required. After adding the diluent, the sample is dropped into the sample well, and the results can be observed with the naked eye, making it suitable for both home and clinical use.
